GUERNSEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO MONROE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO NOBLE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO MUSKINGUM COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO * UNTIL 404 PM EDT * RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNING COUNTIES. FLOODING CONTINUED IN NORTHERN MUSKINGUM COUNTY NEAR ADAMSVILLE. MINOR ROAD FLOODING WAS REPORTED COUNTY-WIDE IN GUERNSEY COUNTY. SEVERAL ROADS WERE FLOODED IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF NOBLE COUNTY. ROUTE 78W IN WESTERN MONROE COUNTY REMAINS FLOODED WITH ONLY 1 LANE OPEN. THE FLOOD WARNING FOR COSHOCTON COUNTY HAS EXPIRED.
