  COSHOCTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
  MONROE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 900 AM EDT

* THROUGHOUT THE EARLY MORNING HOURS... NATIONAL WEATHER
  SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN
  ACROSS THESE COUNTIES...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

* DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR OVERNIGHT CONTINUED TO SHOW MODERATE TO
  OCCASIONALLY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MONROE AND COSHOCTON COUNTIES.
  RADAR ESTIMATED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN WITH MORE RAIN
  MOVING INTO THE AREA. IN MONROE COUNTY THE FLOODING APPEARS TO
