* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COSHOCTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
  GUERNSEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
  MONROE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
  NOBLE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL NOON EDT

* DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS THAT RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL IN THE AFFECTED
  AREA. RUNOFF FROM RAINFALL EARLIER THIS MORNING WILL CONTINUE
  TO CAUSE STREAMS AND CREEKS TO RUN OVER THEIR BANKS.

* STATE ROUTE 16 CONTINUED TO BE FLOODED IN LOWLYING AREAS IN
  MUSKINGUM COUNTY. IN MONROE COUNTY ROUTE 78 WEST  HAD ONE LANE OPEN
  DUE TO FLOODING NEAR THE NOBLE COUNTY LINE. FLOODING OF ROUTES 821
  AND 339 IN NOBLE COUNTY CONTINUED.
