* AT 136 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH
  DAMAGING WINDS FROM ISANTI TO ST CROIX FALLS OR ABOUT 40 MILES
  NORTH TO NORTHEAST OF ST PAUL.   THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 45 MPH.
