* AT 240 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH
  DAMAGING WINDS FROM RICE LAKE TO BLOOMER OR ABOUT 20 MILES TO THE
  SOUTHEAST OF LADYSMITH.  THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40
  MPH.
