* AT 155 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH
  DAMAGING WINDS NEAR PRARIE OR ABOUT 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF RICE
  LAKE.  THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
