FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHWESTERN ALABAMA

   ...SOUTHERN BALDWIN

THE BALDWIN COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICE REPORTS THAT THE FISH
RIVER WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS FROM MARLOW SOUTH TO WHERE T0HE RIVER
EMPTIES INTO WEEKS BAY.  THE RIVER WAS RISING AT THE RATE OF 6 TO 8
INCHES AN HOUR.  PERONS WHO LIVE ALONG THE RIVER SOUTH OF MARLOW WERE
BEING EVACUATED.

HIGH TIDE IS AROUND 700 PM AND THE RIVER SHOULD CREST SHORTLY AFTER
THAT.
