FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 PM CST FOR PEOPLE
IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHWESTERN ALABAMA

   ...BALDWIN COUNTY

BALDWIN COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTS THAT MANY ROADS IN
THE COUNTY STILL HAVE STANDING WATER IN THEM.  MOST OF THE CREEKS
ARE AT BANKFUL AND WITH ADDITIONAL RUNOFF THE CREEKS WILL REMAIN
HIGH FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.  MOST OF THE ROADS WITH
STANDING WATER IN THEM ARE IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH PARTS OF THE
COUNTY GENERALLY SOUTH OF I-10.

DOPPLER RADAR AND LSURFACE REPORTS SHOW THAT BETWEEN 3 AND 5
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 300 AM ACROSS PARTS OF BALDWIN
COUNTY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF LESS THAN ONE-QUARTER OF AN INCH CAN BE
EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON.
