IN SOUTHEASTERN FLORIDA ...DADE COUNTY INCLUDING ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS AT 637 PM EST... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A AREA OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM THE LOWER KEYS ACROSS MAINLAND MONROE COUNTY INTO DADE COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 45 TO 50 MPH AND HAD A HISTORY OF PRODUCING SEVERE WEATHER. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK REFUGE FROM THE WEATHER IN A STRONG BUILDING.
