THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...NAVARRO COUNTY IN NORTHEAST TEXAS ...FREESTONE COUNTY...ANDERSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT OFFICIALS CONTINUE TO REPORT THAT NUMEROUS ROADS REMAIN IMPASSABLE AND SOME ARE CLOSED ACROSS THE AREA DUE TO FLOOD WATER. EVEN THROUGH HEAVY RAINS HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE AREA...RUN OFF WILL CONTINUE TO AGGRAVATE AREA FLOODING THE REST OF THE DAY. ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF LOW AREAS AND SOME ROADS THAT WERE OPEN EARLIER IN THE DAY MAY OCCUR. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHEN DRIVING ON RURAL OR SECONDARY ROADS.
