ACTIVITY WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. SHERIFF OFFICES IN ANDERSON...
FREESTONE...HENDERSON...LIMESTONE AND NAVARRO COUNTIES REPORT THAT
SEVERAL ROADS REMAIN FLOODED. THE RAIN WILL BE ENDING...AT LEAST
FOR A FEW HOURS...BY 230 AM. THIS SHOULD ALLOW CONDITIONS TO GRADUALLY
IMPROVE.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERSd OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
