IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...COMAL COUNTY...HAYS COUNTY A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING INTO WESTERN HAYS AND NORTHWESTERN COMAL COUNTY BY 440 AM.
