IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...BLANCO COUNTY AT 5 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED JUST NORTH OF FM 1323 BETWEEN WILLOW CITY AND ROUND MOUNTAIN. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
