IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...BEXAR COUNTY...COMAL COUNTY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ABOUT 3 INCHES HAVE OCURRED IN PARTS OF BEXAR COUNTY WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES OVER PARTS OF COMAL COUNTY. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT TWO HOURS. THUS...PROBLEMS WITH FLASH FLOODING WILL CONTINUE. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
