IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...MEDINA COUNTY HEAVY RAINS HAVE MOVED INTO MEDINA COUNTY FROM THE SOUTH AND ARE LIKELY TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT TWO TO THREE HOURS OVER PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
