THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  UVALDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  NORTHERN ZAVALA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 525 PM CDT

* AT 130 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND HEAVY
THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED ACROSS UVALDE AND NORTHWESTERN ZAVALA
COUNTIES. RAINFALL RATES HAVE AVERAGED BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES
OVER UVALDE COUNTY IN THE PAST HOUR WITH GROUND CONDITIONS NEARLY
SATURATED. RAPID RUNOFF AND RESULTANT FLASH FLOODING WILL OCCUR
WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREAS DURING THE NEXT
SEVERAL HOURS.

TO MOVE AUTOS...RVS...AND PROPERTY FROM THE FLOOD PLAIN IF HEAVY
