THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KINNEY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 505 PM CDT

* FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND-
  MOST OF THE COUNTY

* HEAVY RAINS WILL CONTINUE TO FALL ACROSS KINNEY COUNTY THROUGH THE
  AFTERNOON.  SOME AREAS HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED UP TO 5 TO 6 INCHES
  OF RAIN SINCE THIS MORNING AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE.
  SOME ROADS THAT WERE CLOSED AS OF 1 PM CDT...FM 1572...FM 3199
  NEAR THE NUECES RIVER AND COUNTY ROAD 334.

IF YOU ARE IN THESE AREAS... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE
THROUGH WATER COVERING THE ROAD AS MOST DEATH OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.
