VICTORIA IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS * UNTIL 240 AM CDT * AT 1130 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LARGE AREA OF RAIN WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS OVER MUCH OF VICTORIA COUNTY.
