* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CALHOUN IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 125 AM CDT

* AT 1010 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM PORT LAVACA TO PORT
  O'CONNOR... MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHWEST.

* HEAVY RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL STORM FRANCES WILL MOVE
  THROUGH THE AREA RESULTING IN FLOODING. RAINFALL RATES OF UP
  TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE.


BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...

PART OF CWA TO CONTINUE UNTIL IT EXPIRES AT 1 PM CDT.  KCRP 88D CONTINUES
TO SHOW WRAP AROUND FROM FRANCES WORKING ITS WAY TOWARDS CRP.  THIS IS
OVER NUECES RIVER BASIN WHERE THERE ALREADY ARE FLOOD PROBLEMS FROM LAST TS.
WITH RADAR AND SAT SHOWING CONTINUED MOISTURE FEED INTO FRANCES
WILL CONTINUE FFA FOR CWA.  WIND FCST TO BE PROBLEM TODAY...WESTERN CWA
SHOULD BE WEST/NORTHWEST...EASTERN CWA WILL BE A TWISTING MESS AND WILL
