BARNWELL COUNTY IN SOUTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 245 PM EDT * AT 200 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF SNELLING MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
