AT 215 PM MST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING WITH EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL. THE
STRONGEST STORM WAS OVER INTERSTATE 10 EAST OF VAIL. MOVEMENT WAS
TO THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 12 MPH. DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE WITH SEVERE AND FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL THROUGHOUT EASTERN
