AT 1225 PM EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUED IN AREAS OF SOUTHERN
PINAL COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE NOTED IN
FAR SOUTHWEST PINAL COUNTY OVER AN AREA THAT ALREADY HAS AN
ESTIMATED TOTAL OVER 4 INCHES. THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP
AND MOVE INTO SOUTHERN PINAL COUNTY.
