AT 1049 AM EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUED IN SOUTHERN PINAL
COUNTY. ESTIMATED RAIN RATES OF 2.5 INCHES PER HOUR WERE NOTED NEAR
RED ROCK. TOTAL RAINFALL OF OVER 3 INCHES HAS BEEN NOTED. THIS
