AT 940 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
NEAR JAY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. PERSONS IN
EASTERN DELAWARE COUNTY BETWEEN HIGHWAYS 20 AND 116 SHOULD EXPECT THIS
STORM TO PASS CLOSE TO THEM.
 
HAIL TO THE SIZE OF GOLFBALLS AND WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED
IN THE WARNED AREA.
