FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...WESTERN WAYNE COUNTY

A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE INTO WESTERN WAYNE
COUNTY NEAR GROVER BY 815 PM.  THIS STORM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
TORREY...TEASDALE...CAPITOL REEF NATIONAL PARK AREA BY 900 PM.  THE
COMBINATION OF HEAVY RAIN AND NARROW ROCKY TERRAIN WILL MAKE FOR
IDEAL FLASH FLOOD CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY IN AND AROUND THE CAPITOL
REEF NATIONAL PLARK.

PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS...AND BE
PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND...SHOULD FLOODWATERS THREATEN.
