FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...WESTERN GARFIELD COUNTY
 
A SLOW MOVING AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS IN WESTERN GARFIELD COUNTY HAS
AND WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE NEXT
30-45 MINUTES.  FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT IN AND AROUND BRYCE
CANYON NATIONAL PARK.  AN AUTOMATED GUAGE NEAR THE PARK HAS
RECEIVED 1.26 INCHES IN THE PAST 30-45 MINUTES.
 
IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO ESCAPE FLOOD
