IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA ...NORTHERN BALDWIN COUNTY...SOUTHERN MONROE COUNTY AT 1051 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN MOBILE INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ON THE BALDWIN-MONROE COUNTY LINE NEAR CHRYSLER. THE STORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. LARGE HAIL IS LIKELY WITH THIS STORM. IN ADDITION...DAMAGING STRAIGHT-LINE WINDS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
