  SHULLSBURG AND DARLINGTON

* AT 5:50 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST NORTHEAST OF DUBUQUE. THE STORM WAS
  MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES WINDS IN
  EXCESS OF 55 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
