  MADISON AND MONROE BY 4:15 AM

* AT 3:50 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ENTERING WESTERN DANE AND GREEN
  COUNTIES. THE LINE OF STORMS WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES WINDS TO 60 MPH WITH THIS STORM.
