RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 15 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF PALMDALE MOVING
EAST AT 10 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PASS NORTH OF PALMDALE ALONG
U.S. HIGHWAY 27.
