AT 927 PM CST...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM ON THE PHILLIPS/ARKANSAS COUNTY LINE JUST WEST OF
WATKINS CORNER. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH AND WILL
PASS THROUGH MARVELL...LAKEVIEW AND ELAINE BY 940 PM CST AND INTO
THE WEST HELENA AREA BY 950 PM CST. DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH
THIS STORM.
