FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1125 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS

   ...MISSISSIPPI COUNTY
 
LOW LYING AREAS AND ROADWAYS IN AND AROUND THE BLYTHEVILLE AREA OF
MISSISSIPPI COUNTY ARE BECOMING WATER COVERED FROM THE HEAVY RAIN
... AND MORE RAIN IS ON THE WAY.  DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR ESTIMATES
THAT MORE THAN TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ON THE AREA DURING THE
PAST THREE HOURS ... BRINGING THE STORM TOTAL RAINFALL TO AROUND
FIVE INCHES IN SOME SPOTS IN MISSISSIPPI COUNTY.
