NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF
PRODUCING RAINFALL BETWEEN ONE AND THREE INCHES CAUSING FLASH
FLOODING. STREET FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN HARDEMAN
COUNTY.
