SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 AM CST
FOR RESIDENTS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED FROM COLUMBIA MS TO JUST WEST
OF BOGALUSA LA. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WIND
GUSTS THAT HAVE DOWNED TREES IN WASHINGTON PARISH. COMMUNITIES IN THE
PATH OF THESE STORMS INCLUDE CROSSROADS...POPLARVILLE...AND PICAYUNE.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
