AT 622 PM CDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AT JACKSON
INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR PORT GIBSON. THIS THUNDERSTORM
WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH. ALONG THIS PATH...RESIDENTS IN THE
PATTISON AREA SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY DEVELOPING CONDITIONS.  THIS
STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL WITH POOLING OF WATER IN
LOW-LYING AREAS OR FLASH FLOODS.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE
