AT 431 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR FOREST. THE
STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL UP TO
NICKEL SIZE ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
 
IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING AWAY FROM
WINDOWS.  DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND
