IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA ...EAST CARROLL PARISH...MADISON PARISH AT 910 PM RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM WARDEN TO DELHI...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THE STORMS WILL APPROACH TALLULAH AND SONDHEIMER BY 930 PM. DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH THESE STORMS. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT.
