IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA ...EASTERN RICHLAND PARISH AT 857 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST WEST OF HOLLY RIDGE...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THE STORM WILL AFFECT HOLLY RIDGE JUST AFTER 9 PM. DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH THIS STORM. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT.
