MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  THE STORM SHOULD PASS SOUTH OF RAYVILLE
BY 845 PM.  DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS
STORM.
