FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST INDIANA
 
   ...NORTHERN HUNTINGTON COUNTY
 
IN THE PAST HOUR RADAR HAS INDICATED A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM
OVER NORTHERN HUNTINGTON COUNTY. RADAR PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES HAVE
SHOWN THREE INCH TOTALS IN THE PAST HOUR. THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL BE
SLOWLY MOVING TO THE EAST BUT WILL CONTINUE TO DUMP LARGE AMOUNTS OF
RAIN OVER THE WARNING AREA. PERSONS IN THE TOWN OF ROANOKE SHOULD BE
