RADAR INDICATES A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHERN WABASH
COUNTY AND HAS BEEN PRODUCING LARGE AMOUNTS OF RAIN IN THE PAST SEVERAL
HOURS. PEOPLE IN THE CITY OF NORTH MANCHESTER SHOULD BE AWARE OF RAPIDLY
RISING WATER AND FLOODED ROADWAYS. THE TRACK OF THIS STORM IS EAST...BUT
HAS NOT MOVED MUCH AT ALL IN THE PAST TWO HOURS.
