FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL

FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN CENTRAL OHIO

   ...FAIRFIELD COUNTY
 
AT 650 PM WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS ESTIMATING BETWEEN 1
AND 1.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL OVER NORTHERN FAIRFIELD COUNTY DURING
THE PAST HOUR. THE STORMS PRODUCING THIS TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WERE
MOVING TO THE WEST AT 10 MPH AND WILL PASS OVER LANCASTER...GREEN
CASTLE AND MARCY. THIS RAINFALL WILL CAUSE CREEKS AND SMALL STREAMS
TO FLOOD. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
