IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO ...LOGAN COUNTY THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS LOGAN COUNTY WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW LYING AREAS. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES BY 930 PM. FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW LYING AREAS HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN MADISON AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES WITH THESE STORMS.
