FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  200 AM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...BOSQUE COUNTY...ELLIS COUNTY...JOHNSON COUNTY
 
AT 1025 PM CST...FLOODING CONTINUED TO BE OBSERVED IN PORTIONS OF
ELLIS...JOHNSON AND BOSQUE COUNTIES. 10 TO 15 ROADS WERE CLOSED DUE TO
HIGH WATER IN ELLIS COUNTY. LOW-LYING AREAS WERE REPORTED FLOODED IN
CLEBURNE AND IN OTHER AREAS OF JOHNSON COUNTY. FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD 1637
WAS BARRICADED NEAR VALLEY MILLS IN BOSQUE COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR
INDICATES THESE AREAS WILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE FURTHER RAINFALL FOR THE
NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. THE FLOODING WILL CONTINUE AND POSSIBLY WORSEN
THROUGH 200 AM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THEL DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
