FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY......
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

AT 230 AM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
MOVING INTO CENTRAL AND WESTERN KLEBERG COUNTY. THIS ACTIVITY
WAS MOVING NORTH AND NORTHWEST AT 20 MPH.
 
DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 1 1/2 INCHES IN
THE PAST HOUR.  THIS ACTIVITY COMBINED WITH ALREADY SATURATED
SOIL DUE CAN PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
 
 
BE ESPECIALnLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
