THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS EXTENDED A
FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  445 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 225 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THE AREAS OF RAIN OVER
CRAWFORD COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA AND ASHTABULA COUNTY WERE MOVING NORTH OUT
OF THOSE COUNTIES. HOWEVER...SEVERAL ROADS ARE FLOODED AND CLOSED ACROSS
CRAWFORD COUNTY AND SOME STREAMS ARE IN FLOOD OVER ASHTABULA COUNTY.
 
THE HIGH WATER WILL SLOWLY RECEDE FROM THE STREAMS AND ROADS ONCE THIS
ROUND OF RAIN DECREASES.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
