FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  445 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...FULTON COUNTY...LUCAS COUNTY
 
AT 145 PM DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS LUCAS AND FULTON COUNTIES. THE RAIN WAS MOVING WEST. SOME
REPORTS OF FLOODED ROADS WERE RECEIVED FROM LUCAS COUNTY. FLOODING OF
SOME STREETS AND STREAMS WILL OCCUR BECAUSE OF THE RAIN.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
