FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 PM EDT

AT 820 AM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED AN AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN OVER NORTHEAST OHIO MOVING NORTHEAST. THE GROUND IS SATURATED AND
THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE ROADS TO FLOOD AND STREAMS TO COME OUT
OF THEIR BANKS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
