FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...SANDUSKY COUNTY...WOOD COUNTY
 
A LINE OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SHOWERS FORMED ON AN EAST WEST LINE SOUTHERN
PARTS OF WOOD AND SANDUSKY COUNTY AND WAS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE
NORTHWEST. RAIN WAS FALLING AT A RATE OF A HALF TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN
INCH. THIS TYPE OF RAINFALL OVER ALREADY SATURATED GROUND WILL LIKELY
CAUSE FLOODING OF SOME ROADWAYS AND STREAMS OVER THE AFFECTED AREA.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
