FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 1020 AM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE COUNTY. THE RAIN WAS MOVING NORTHEAST. THE
INTENSITY SHOULD DECREASE BY NOON. THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SOME
STREAMS AND ROADS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
